New sanitary sewer on Athlone Ave from Scott St. to Byron Ave (approximately 465m). Remove and replace the sanitary sewer and all existing laterals services to the property limits. The storm sewer does not need replacement and shall be protected during construction. New sanitary sewer on Lincoln Ave from Churchill Ave N to Edgewood Ave (approximately 180 m). Remove and replace the sanitary sewer and all existing laterals services to the property limits. New sanitary sewer on Edgewood Ave from Richmond Rd to Lincoln Ave. (approximately 125m). Remove and replace the sanitary sewer and all existing laterals services to the property limits. The storm sewer does not need replacement and shall be protected during construction. TIMELINE: Design is ongoing. Construction is now expected in spring 2026. A Public Information Centre will occur spring 2025. Updates may be available late spring 2025. *Approved project funds to date are $8.5 million.
