The state of colorado, department of corrections (cdoc), is soliciting the submittal of qualifications from firms to provide fire protection engineering services to include but not limited to the following 1) drdc fire alarm and suppression study, 2) on-call fire protection engineer(s) services for a five-year period. The drdc fire alarm and suppression study services include, but is not limited to, comprehensive research, verification, and development of a reference document for the facility's entire fire alarm notification and suppression system. The drdc fire alarm and suppression study services include, but is not limited to, comprehensive research, verification, and development of a reference document for the facility's entire fire alarm notification and suppression system .Engineer of Record professional services for the feasibility studies include, but not limited to, a) field verification of existing systems with a condition assessment and, b) opinion of probable cost. On-Call Fire Protection Engineer selection for up to a five-year period (through December 2028) for up to three firm(s) to provide professional Fire Protection Engineering services and associated consultant services for assessment, feasibility studies, design, engineering, life cycle cost analysis, regulatory compliance, contract administration and commissioning for projects for CDOC facilities statewide.
