Site work, new construction and renovation of a military facility in Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio. Working plans call for the construction of a 41,329-square-foot military facility; for the renovation of a military facility; and for site work for a military facility.
As of August 8, 2024, construction is anticipated to commence October 2024 and be complete spring 2027. Design-Bid-Build Construction of an Army Reserve Center (ARC), Area Maintenance Support Activity (AMSA), and Vehicle Maintenance Shop (VMS) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH. Estimated Construction Cost is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000 in accordance with DFARS 236.204. NAICS Code 236220. Size Standard is $45M. Please note that business size is the System for Award Management (SAM) is determined by the NAICS code. If the vendor size is not listed correctly for a particular NAICS code in SAM, the business will be considered other than a small business. This is a single-phase, Design/Bid/Build, 100% Full and Open (Unrestricted) procurement. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 19.1307, this project requires the HUBZone 10% price evaluation. Central Contractor Registration and ORCA are now available through SAM, available at www.sam.gov. As noted below, offerors shall not submit their proposals via ProjNet. Offerors shall submit their proposals in accordance with the provisions stated in the solicitation. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. FY24, PN88764, P2 478327 (AMSA) / PN 90368, P2 481858 (ARC) Point of Contact (POC): The POC for this procurement is Contract Specialist, Marcel Hull at Marcel.D.Hull@usace.army.mil. The work includes all demolition and construction work required to construct an AMSA/VMS including MEP Lot, POV Lot, Wash Rack, and Loading Ramp, an Army Reserve Center including Training Building and Unheated Storage Building, fire pump house, access roads, site utility routing and incidental related work. Remove or alter existing work in such a manner as to prevent injury or damage to any portions of the existing work which remain. b. Repair or replace portions of existing work which have been altered during construction operations to match existing or adjoining work, as approved by the Contracting Officer. At the completion of operations, existing work must be in a condition equal to or better than that which existed before new work started.
