Comprehensive Plan to Include a Small Area Study. Deadline for RFP questions October 25th 2023. To plan and cultivate growth, Red Bank needs the following elements for the comprehensive plan. Each element should include goals and objectives that support visioning and implementation. Additionally, the ideal candidate will implement excellent community engagement strategies for identifying community values and vision, especially as they relate to each element of the comprehensive plan. It is the city s desire to have a comprehensive plan that is uniquely based on the voice of the community. This will require a thorough exploration of the various constituents of Red Bank, as there are many opinions, histories, and expectations that have long sought a vision that represents the hopes and dreams of the people who live here. It is the city s hope that the consultant will engage with local organizations like the Lions Club, Seniors on the Go, and the Rotary Club, but also highlight voices in the community that may not be as prominent. The program for community involvement may require a more nuanced effort than is typically included in the comprehensive planning process, but the city expects this initiative to be a priority. Proposals for a Red Bank Comprehensive Plan to include a Small Area Study of the former Red Bank Middle School site located at 3715 Dayton Boulevard for the City of Red Bank, Tennessee.
