Remove all vegetation from court surface and cracks. 3. Pressure wash circuit and prepare surface per manufacturer recommendation. 4. Fill court cracks with choice of approved materials included in full polyester overlay system for asphalt courts specification following manufacturer instructions. 5. Repair circuit pedestrian entrance thresholds as necessary to meet ada accessibility standards. 6. Flood court per full polyester overlay system for asphalt courts specification, mark, and correct birdbath depressions. 7. Walk-though with owner's representative. 8. Remove all dust and debris from circuit. Apply polyester overlay according to full polyester overlay system for asphalt courts specification. 9. Repaint circuits, prime, and stripe circuits according to acrylic athletic court surfacing system specification following manufacturer instructions. Twelve tennis courts will be resurfaced with a specialty resurfacing technique under this contract. Additional work including an Alternate is described in the Scope of Work. The contractor shall either demonstrate experience installing a Full Polyester Overlay Asphalt Court Repair Systems Or hold an American Sports Builder Association certification as a Tennis Court Builder.
