Request for Qualifications Seeking experienced contractors to perform hazardous materials remediation, building demolition, rehabilitation of exterior envelope/roofing/skylights/glass curtain wall/masonry/sealants, painting, wall framing and siding, concrete foundation construction, asphalt paving, pre-cast concrete building construction, electrical/communications and other miscellaneous work at the Rainbow Canada, Whirlpool Canada and Queenston Plazas,, for the Niagara Falls Bridge Commission. All Contractors must be pre-qualified to submit tenders directly to the Commission; if your firm is not currently pre-qualified to complete work for the Commission and you wish to submit a tender for this project you must submit a completed prequalification form no later than October 31, 2023; visit NiagaraFallsBridges.com, look under Services/Construction/Contractor Prequalification; follow instructions to submit a prequalification form. Once approved firms generally remain qualified to perform work for the Commission for a period of 3 years from the date of approval.
