Award will be made on Tuesday 12/5/23 at 6pm The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to rehabilitate approximately 52 LF of 10-inch ductile iron gravity sewer lines, 3,700 LF of 8-inch ductile iron gravity sewer lines, and 13 sanitary sewer manholes. More specifically the work includes, but is not limited to, mobilization/demobilization; traffic control; sewer line cleaning; internal sewer line CCTV inspections; bypass pumping; necessary point repairs; installation of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP); installation of sanitary sewer manhole lining system; manhole frame and cover repair or replacement; service line reconnections; complete surface restoration; and all other work and appurtenances required. Ray City reserves the right to delete one or more Bid Items for the purpose of making an award, and the right to reject any or all bids including without limitation, the right to reject any or all nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids, and to make an award in the best interest of the City.
