The City of Newnan (Community) is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firm(s) or organization(s) to provide consultant services for improvements to Lower Fayetteville road, from Greison Trail to Lora Smith Road. The Community reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs or Technical Approach, and to waive technicalities and informalities at the discretion of the Community. The Community anticipates one (1) Multi-Phase, Project Specific contract to be awarded to one (1) firm, for the project/contract identified. The Community anticipates that the payment method may be Lump Sum, Cost Plus Fixed Fee, or per Unit of Work, or Specific Rates of Compensation. As a Project Specific contract, it is the Community's intention that the Agreement will remain in effect until successful completion of the Preliminary Engineering (PE) phase of the projects. The Community may choose to utilize the selected consultant for construction revisions, administration, engineering and inspection Question Deadline 10/10/2023 The Community reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to waive any technicalities associated with this submittal if deemed in the best interest of the Community. The Community reserves the right to cancel any and all Request for Qualifications where it is determined to be in the best interest of the Community to do so.
