Site work, remodeling and renovation of a municipal facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 8,900-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
USPS PROJECT NO. C40631 BRW PROJECT NO. 223060.00 The scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following: The project involves the interior finish-out of an approximately 8,900 SF leased space for a Customer Service Facility. The work includes site demolition, cast-in-place concrete, demolition, structural and miscellaneous steel, roofing, drywall, finishes, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, communications, fire alarm, and site work. Davis Bacon Wage Rates apply. Taxes: Contractor is responsible for all applicable State and local taxes. USPS does not have a State issued tax exemption number. Contact local tax authorities for their regulations Subcontracting Plan: not required with proposal less than 1 million dollars. The Successful bidder will have to submit an adequate subcontracting Plan prior to contract award. a. WBE Goals: 5.6% b. MBE Goals: 18.2%
