Dakota County is seeking quotes from qualified contractors to install and program security devices at the Inver Glen Library in Inver Grove Heights and Robert Trail Library in Rosemount. The security devices are for the librarys self service hours. The contractor will be purchasing, installing, and programming security devices in the Dakota County Inver Glen Library and Rosemount Library 09/22/2023 - All questions need to be submitted. SCOPE OF WORK The contractor will be purchasing, installing, and programming security devices in the Dakota County Inver Glen Library and Rosemount Library. Materials to Purchase The following is a list of material the contractor will need to provide for this work. It is not a complete list of materials but covers most of the larger items needed: o Category 6 cable (yellow in color) - amount to be determined by the contractor. o Electrical wire - amount to be determined by the contractor. o 2 Trove enclosures for access panels and power supplies o 2 Power supplies for access panels o 1 Axis P3267-LVE Security Camera o 1 Von Duprin 6211 Strike o 7 Avigilon 7 camera licenses Materials Provided by Dakota County The following is a list of materials the county will be provided for this work. o 1 P3265-LV Axis camera o 5 P3267-LV Axis cameras o 3 C1211 Axis speakers o 11 C1410 Axis speakers o 2 LNLX2220 o 3 Signo Readers Contractor Responsibilities The following is a list of tasks the contractor is responsible to complete. o Install the Axis cameras at the locations indicated on the Inver Glen and Robert Trail maps provided below. o Install the Axis speakers at the locations indicated on the Inver Glen and Robert Trail maps provided below. o Install the trove enclosures, power supplies, and access panels at the locations indicated on the Inver Glen and Robert Trail maps provided below. o Install the Signo readers at the locations indicated on the Inver Glen and Robert Trail maps provided below. o Install the electric strike at the location indicated on the Inver Glen map provided below. o Move the existing P3265-LV camera to the location indicated on the Robert Trail map provided below. o Remove the existing exit button from the location indicated on the Robert Trail map provided below. o Run cat 6 cable between the county network switches/patch panels and the cameras, speakers, and access panels. o Run wire between the newly installed electric strike and the existing access panel. o Run wire between the installed Signo readers and the new access panels installed. o Program the Axis speakers into the County's Axis Audio Manager o Program the Axis cameras into the County Avigilon VMS o Program the access panels and Signo readers into the County Lenel OnGuard 8.0 card access system on the Library Segment o Integrate the interior sliding door shown on the Robert Trail map below into the Lenel OnGuard County segment as an input. o Wire the Signo reader strikes into an input of the Lenel OnGuard County segment to control the doors. o Wire the interior Robert Trail Signo reader for the sliding door to open upon a valid badge read during nonbusiness hours and via the proximity sensor during business hours.
