Renovation of a municipal facility in Beaverton, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The City anticipates all work will be completed on or before June 30,2024. Summary- Consultant services sought for Tenant Improvement (TI) located at The Beaverton Building (TBB) 3rd floor. Assumes architectural and electrical consultant services (high and low voltage) others as ''Adds" if determined by the project scope. HVAC system in on the Central Plant and HVAC work will occur under the Cit's direction under the City's contract with ABM, who operates the Central Plant. Project completion by June 30th, 2024. Therefore, the City is looking for a firm to provide the City with architectural services that include (1) the programming of space based on stakeholder input and interviews; (2) the creation of a bid/permit set of construction documents; and (3) the assistance with bidding the construction tenant improvements all the way though the project completion and closeout. Total project cost, NTE $550,000. The Contract Administrator will be Travis Taylor, who can be reached by telephone at (971) 246-0200 or by e-mail at ttaylor@beavertonoregon.gov The City of Beaverton is seeking proposals for Tenant Improvements to the Beaverton Building for a Nonprofit Incubatorto be located on the third floor of The Beaverton Building. Services to include programming of space based on stakeholder input and interviews, completion of a bid/permit set of construction documents, bidding the construction TI though project completion and closeout. This is an informal selection process pursuant to Beaverton Purchasing Code Section 48-0210. The City seeks proposals that will enable the City to determine which contractor will best meet the City's needs. Summary- Consultant services sought for Tenant Improvement (TI) located at The Beaverton Building (TBB) 3rd floor. Assumes architectural and electrical consultant services (high and low voltage) others as "Adds" if determined by the project scope. HVAC system in on the Central Plant and HVAC work will occur under the City's direction under the City's contract with ABM, who operates the Central Plant. Project completion by June 30th, 2024. Review existing building documents and drawings provided by the city of Beaverton. Perform site visits as needed to verify existing conditions. 2. Prepare for, facilitate and document plus or minus three (3) design meetings with city stakeholders to discuss and confirm program, needs, layout, finishes, electrical, data and lighting. 3. Code analysis as needed including egress and accessibility. 4. Design, detail and produce construction documents as needed for the scope of work. 5. Permitting through the city of Beaverton's online permit system. Respond to questions and resubmit as needed to obtain permit. 6. Coordination and meeting with contractor/Beaverton to review scope of work and budget. 7. Review submittals and respond to requests for information. Issue supplemental instructions, review change orders and attend construction meetings as needed. 8. Produce punchlist as needed and coordinate with contractor to resolve outstanding items. Produce record documents based on project documents provided by the contractor.
