BASE BID 1: The undersigned proposes to furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform the work for the Partial New Roofs for: JC High School School, Jefferson County School District, Fayette, Mississippi and related work in Fayette, Mississippi, in strict accordance with the Drawings, Documents, and Specifications as prepared by Mills & Mills Architects, PC BASE BID 2: The undersigned proposes to furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform the work for the Partial New Roofs for: JC Elementary School, Jefferson County School District, Fayette, Mississippi and related work in Fayette, Mississippi, in strict accordance with the Drawings, Documents, and Specifications as prepared by Mills & Mills Architects, PC Bids must be submitted on the form to be furnished by the architect and must be accompanied by Bid Bond or Certified Check for five percent (5%) of the Base Bid payable to Jefferson County School District, Clarksdale, Mississippi. The successful bidder's security will be retained until a contract has been signed and the required payment and performance bonds have been signed and delivered. Bid envelope must contain on the outside of the envelope, the Contractor's current Certificate of Responsibility Number and the Contractor's License Number unless a statement on the exterior of the envelope say that the bid enclosed is less than or did not exceed $50,000.00. The undersigned agrees to complete work under this contract in calendar 180 calendar days. See Section 01005 - for additional information as part of the project is scheduled to be completed sooner.
