CSP Packages (REBID) available to prospective Proposers are as follows: CSP 08-B GLASS & GLAZING CSP 22-A PLUMBING CSP 23-A HVAC CSP 26-A ELECTRICAL CSP 31-E TERMITE CONTROL CSP 32-B LANDSCAPING & IRRIGATION CSP 32-C FENCING The Following Alternates Listed Include General Scope Descriptions, Which May Pertain To More Than One CSP Package Contractor. Furnish Alternate Prices to the Owner Only For Items That Pertain to Your Scope of Work, in the Location Provided in the Proposal Form. Alternate 1 - CTE Expansion Alternate 2 - Change to Single-ply Membrane Roofing Alternate 3 - Synthetic Grass Field Turf in Lieu of Sod at Practice Field Alternate 4 - Existing Track Extension and Resurfacing Alternate 5 - Replacement of First Street Alternate 6 - Parent Drop-off Canopy Alternate 7 - Landscaping Turf in Lieu of Sod and Irrigation Alternate 8 - Expedite Delivery of Specified Switchgear. If the proposal amount equals $25,000.00 or more, successful Proposers must furnish acceptable Performance and Payment Bonds from an approved Surety Company, authorized to do business in Texas, within five (5) days following presentation of the contract. The cost of performance and payment bonds, if required, shall be included in the Proposers base proposal amount and any alternate proposal amounts, as applicable. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all proposals. THE PAYMENT AND PERFORMANCE BONDS MUST COMPLY WITH CHAPTER 2253, TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE.
