2484-23 Butzen Sports Complex - Parking Lot Pre-Qualification: Yes The majority work of this contract is generally described as follows: o 8,200 CY of Excavation Common, o 5,800 SY of Salvaged Topsoil, o 6,000 Tons of Base Aggregate, o 95 Tons of Asphaltic Surface, o 350 LF of Concrete Curb and Gutter, o 3 EA Storm Sewer Inlets, o 1 EA Storm Sewer Manhole, o 150 LF of PVC Storm Sewer (12-inch to 18-Inch), o 215 LF of PVC Sanitary Sewer (8-inch), o 210 LF of PVC Private Water Main (6-inch). All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than three days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. 7.02 Addenda may be issued to clarify, correct, supplement, or change the Bidding Documents.
