Renovation of a municipal facility in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Request for Qualifications for Five Trade Contractor Packages: Masonry; Waterproofing, Dampproofing & Caulking; Roofing & Flashing; Plumbing; Electrical, for DCP - McCormack Building - Exterior Envelope Repair, Boston, MA. This Project includes repairs at the exterior envelopes and other areas of the building to address critical water infiltration issues and resultant damage. This is a Construction Management at Risk project under M.G.L. c. 149A. Interested firms MUST submit a Qualification Statement by the deadline and be prequalified if they are interested in later bidding on this project. DCAMM Certification applies for this process. This Request for Qualifications is the first part of a two-step process for Trade Contractors. First, interested firms must submit the Qualification Statement. Then, at a later date, only prequalified firms will be invited to submit bids for the category of works in which they were prequalified. This Qualification Statement is different from DCAMM Certification. All firms must be qualified for this project, even if they are already DCAMM Certified. The Construction Manager is W.T. Rich, Inc.
