Renovation of a residential development in Grafton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The Town of Grafton seeks a qualified contractor for exterior maintenance to the South Grafton Community House. This work includes scraping, sanding and repainting all exposed wood and trim, removal and replacement of defective wood siding and trim, lead paint abatement where necessary, and painting of any replaced wood trim or siding. Work includes painting and finishing work throughout the exterior of the project location, which includes the following: o Scraping, sanding, and repainting of all exposed wood standing and running trim, and wood siding on the exterior of the building o Removal and replacement of defective wood trim and wood siding to the extent identified and approved by the Owner o Lead paint abatement associated with the exterior painting. o Painting of any new wood trim and wood siding installed under work of this Contract. Latex and Alkyd based paints from the following manufacturers are acceptable: o Benhamin Moore and Co. o Pratt and Lamber o The Sherwin Williams Company o Duron o Pittsburgh Paints
