Renovation of a mixed-use development in Hazel Park, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Servery footprint expansion into cafeteria. Flooring, exterior window and door replacement, interior doors and overhead grilles, ceiling and lighting upgrades and mechanical HVAC upgrades. Main Office exterior access doors and flooring upgrades. Staff toilet room upgrades creating 2 single occupancy accessible toilet rooms and a general storage room. Bid Security certified check or acceptable bid bond payable to HazelPark Schools, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid. Bonding A labor and Material Payment Bond and a Performance Bond will be required for bids in excess of $50,000 The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive any formalities in regard thereto. In addition, the Board reserves the right to evaluate bids on any basis determined by the Board to be in the best interest of the Board and to consider alternate bids if the low bidder(s) do not meet the specifications or are otherwise determined to be unqualified.
