Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Gladstone, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
ISCOPE OF WORK: The contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment, supplies and supervision to remove and dispose of the old unit, replace and render operational one (1) new, like in kind and type, HVAC unit to be installed at the Visitors Center. All work associated with this project shall be completed within thirty (30) days from award. Work to be completed Monday-Friday beginning at 8:00AM and coordinated with John Fury. A site visit is not required, but highly recommended prior to bidding. Contact the park office at 434-933-8527 to make an appointment prior to bidding in the program. All bidders must sign in to have their site visit be recorded Work Location:104 Green Hill Drve Gladstone, VA 24553 Work must be scheduled within 7 days of purchase order award through eVA .
