Please request bids from the Contract Administrator at c1.haskins-hall@cms.k12.nc.us Invitation for Bid HVAC Air System Optimization - Phase VIII 14 Schools The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Board of Education (CMBOE) is soliciting responses from qualified firms interested in quoting on the HVAC Air System Optimization Phase VIII at 14 schools. The requirements of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools MWSBE program are included as part of the IFB package. CMS MWSBE Coordinator Skyne Betha can be contacted at 980-867-8043 for further information. Any vendor awarded the contract must be willing to comply with federal provisions pursuant to applicable Federal Regulations. Federal Forms will be required and are attached to the bid documents. The Board reserves the right to select, readvertise, and/or reject any proposal for any reason including apparent conflict of interest. Direct all inquiries concerning this IFB to: Contract Administrator c1.haskins-hall@cms.k12.nc.us. Questions concerning the specifications in this Invitation for Bids will be received until Tuesday October 17, 2023 by 4:00 P.M. by e-mailing Coretta Haskins-Hall at c1.haskins-hall@cms.k12.nc.us - CMS Contract Administrator. Completion Date: The deadline for the completion of all 14 schools will be 9/30/2024.
