Renovation of an educational facility in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The scope of work includes reroofing with fully adhered EPDM roof membrane, roofing related sheet metal, and all work shown on the drawings. Alternates include an additional roof replacement area, metal wall panel over cladding, EIFS repairs, and skylight installation. Work on this project will consist of a single lump sum contract for all work.
