The City is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) to provide preconstruction and construction services for a new Joint Operations Facility to be located west of the Police Station at Tudor and NW Commerce; as well as the 2nd phase remodel of our Police Department Bldg in Lee's Summit, MO 64086. The City, the design firm to be selected by the City, and the CMR team (collectively the Project Team) will coordinate services in order to complete the project design and construction. The City intends to enter into a Cost of Work plus a fixed fee and fixed portions of the general conditions with a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contractual arrangement with the selected firm.
