Site work and renovation of a swimming pool in McMinnville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.
Scope of work includes the removal of tile in Zero Entry and the tile along the side wall of the Zero Entry, pressure wash, acid wash, rinse, prepare top of substrate to ensure a level working surface, the installation of 2x2 unglazed ceramic or porcelain pool tiles covering approximately 856, inlay 6x6 depth marker tiles (provided by Parks and Rec Dept) interspersed with 2x2 wall tiles, epoxy grout, seal. The City reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. If there are any questions from the site visit or through October 13th, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. they should be emailed to jscott@mcminnvilletn.gov. All questions will be addressed and then will be shared with all bidders via email. Project to start immediately following the bid being awarded. Project completion is weather dependent with a date no later than March 31st, 2024. If there are any questions regarding the specifications, you may contact Justin Scott, Director, City of McMinnville Parks and Recreation Department, at (931) 473-1212. All equipment shall be fully guaranteed by the bidder against factory and delivery defects. Any defect which may occur, as the result of either faulty material or workmanship within the period of the manufacturer's standard warranty, or defects encountered during deliver, shall be corrected without expense to the City of McMinnville.
