Site work for a municipal facility in Morganton, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
For the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of Exterior Wall Waterproofing at WorkSource West 200 Enola Road Morganton, North Carolina. Exterior wall/foundation waterproofing shall include excavation, removal of, and installation of new below grade waterproofing within designated areas as well as other above grade areas of water prevention. Bids will be received for Single Prime - General Construction. All proposals shall be lump sum. The Contractor will not be required to submit to DHHS documentation verifying that each worker is complying with the fully vaccinated or weekly negative COVID-19 test result requirement of the policy. DHHS has developed attestation forms for the Contractor to complete and submit to DHHS attesting on behalf of their sub-contractors and consultants; however, attestation forms will not be required from contractors on this project. sub-contractors and consultants; however, attestation forms will not be required from contractors on this project. All contractors will be required to follow the local institutional protocols. Whatever policies are implemented for interior and/or exterior space at the time the project commences with construction will be the requirements for contractors.
