The existing City Shops Administrative Building, Building No. 2, at 1410 20th Street SE, has reached the end of its useful design life. It is scheduled for hazardous material abatement and demolition subsequent to completion of the new Public Works Operations building currently under construction at 1457 23rd Street SE. Request for Clarifications/Protest of RFQ Due 5:00 p.m. October 20, 2023 Participating Contractors that meet the selection criteria will be invited to participate in bidding on the following construction project: Project Overview: A.
