The City of Haltom City has an approved Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP); however, it is anticipated that the current SWMP will require revisions in order for the City to remain in compliance with the renewed TPDES General Permit mandated by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). The City of Haltom City is accepting SOQ's from firms who are interested and qualified to perform the necessary environmental consulting services required for the renewal of the TPDES Phase II MS4 General Permit, TXR040000. The deadline for receipt of written questions shall be 12:00 (Noon), C.S.T. time, October 11, 2023. Responses will be published on the City of Haltom City website. All questions regarding this SOQ should be directed in writing to: Attn: Purchasing Agent purchasing@haltomcitytx.com The City of Haltom City reserves the sole right to review the SOQ's submitted, waive any irregularities therein, and select or reject any and/or all firms that submitted SOQ's, should it be determined to be in the best interest of the City of Haltom City.
