B. SUMMARY OF WORK 1. The project is a complete Lighting replacement and upgrade within State Central Motor Pool Garage at the at the Norhern State Prison located at 168 Frontage Road, Newark, New Jersey. 2. All existing lighting fixtures, switches/controls, wiring, etc. throughout the garage are to be removed and replaced with new. 3. The new controls shall consist of automatic occupancy control. 4. All existing exit/emergency lighting fixtures throughout the garage shall be removed and replaced with new.
