Storm Drain Pipeline and Structure Cleaning and CCTV Inspection FY24 Each Bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in form of a certified check, cashiers check or security bond in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid. The Owner reserves the right, in its absolute and sole discretion, to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids if deemed to be in its best interest. The work is anticipated to begin in November 2023 and must be completed by June 30, 2024. The proposed work under this contract includes but is not limited to furnishing all necessary labor, materials, tools, and equipment to complete storm drainage system pipeline and structure cleaning and closed circuit television inspections, root cutting where necessary, cutting of protruding laterals where necessary, removal, transporting, and disposal of drainage system sediments at the Tewksbury Department of Public Works, maintaining a safe work site, and ordering police details where necessary
