The Owner is looking for a proponent to complete the following scope of work, including but not limited to: Report including, at a minimum, the following sections: Title page Project title Municipality MI project number Consultant PEGNL permit and seal Executive Summary Table of Contents Introduction Purpose of the Study Key Findings Recommendations General information: Project title; Description of the existing water sources and water works facilities; Identification of the proponent, municipality or LSD: Name and mailing address of the Owner/Proponent; Imprint of professional engineer's seal or conformance with engineering registration requirements of the province. Project rational and approach The problem must be defined and the project justified to the satisfaction of WRMD. Where two or more treatment solutions exist for providing public water facilities, each of which is feasible and practicable, discuss the alternatives. Give reasons for selecting the one recommended, including financial considerations, operational requirements, operator qualifications, reliability, and water quality considerations.
