Renovation of a municipal facility in Pawleys Island, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Pawleys Island was severely impacted by Hurricane Ian and sustained damage at the Old Town Hall facility. This is a historic structure that is used as an events venue. The Town is seeking an experienced licensed general contractors to conduct a condition assessment of the foundation system and perform the following repairs- 1. siding replacement 2. flooring replacement 3. entryway doorframe repairs 4. fascia board replacement. The proposed work needs to be completed between Jan 1st,and March 15, 2024 to accommodate scheduled events at this facility.
