Demolition, new construction, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Clemson, South Carolina. The project will construct an approximately 30,000 sf addition, including a practice gymnasium, coaches offices and locker rooms on the southeast corner of Swann Pavilion and Littlejohn Coliseum. This addition will require removal of roofing and waterproofing to connect to the existing structure. Additionally, 35,000 sf will be renovated inside Swann Pavilion. The project includes an interior refresh of 34,600 square feet of existing basketball program spaces, interior reconstruction of 17,000 square feet of shared service spaces, and construction of a new 29,600 square feet basketball practice facility. Anticipated facility improvements include an interior refresh of updated finishes and technology in the Womenís Basketball team spaces, practice gym, offices and recruiting room. Additionally, the strength and conditioning, nutrition, and sports medicine spaces will be expanded and modernized. Lastly, the new construction will provide spaces for the Menís Basketball team, offices, and a practice facility. Modified site circulation on the exterior, along with a new expanded basketball patio and plaza at the corner of the facility will also be included.
