Construction, 7" & 8" concrete pavement, variable thickness asphaltic concrete Pavement, variable thickness concrete base, sealing pavement joints and cracks, Pavement grinding, 7" concrete driveway, concrete curb and gutter, 5" concrete Walk, installation of conduit and electrical appurtenance, gravel filling, Concrete removals, pavement marking, sewer work, water work, tree clearing & Grubbing, etc. No work shall start in this contract until lead water service replacements are completed. Time for Completion: All work on this contract shall be completed by June 1, 2024. Liquidated Damages, per diem: $500.00/Day The residency requirement for this project is 40% of all hours worked on the project. One quarter of these hours must be attributable to residents living in the following zip codes: 53204, 53205, 53206,53208, 53210, 53215, and 53233. The SBE requirement for this project is 25% of the contract base bid. The SBE Compliance Plan (Form A) must be submitted with the bid and is an element of bid responsiveness. SBE certificates must be submitted with the Form A. Incomplete SBE Compliance Plans (Form A) or inaccurate SBE Compliance Plans will not be accepted and will render the bid unresponsive. Bid Security Required: Bond, Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Cash to accompany bid: 10% of the Contractor's Base Bid.
