CST Dale Hall Classroom Store Front Replacement. Work consists of but not limited to the replacements of four storefront elevations located East North , South and West of Dale Hall Tower Contractor to provide doors and hardware as listed: Doors 3-0 7-0, Wide Stiles, 10" Bottom Rails (existing doors are 3-0 8-0) Continuous Hinges Pemco CFM83-HD1xSER4x40" Top to CL OU to provide Hardware as listed: Panic Devices Von Duprin QEL 99 with NL Trim and with DT (see att. elevation plans) Closers LCN 4040XP EDA TBDRT Operators LCN 9542 (contractor to remove and reuse LCN operator at East elevation) Transmitter/Receiver MS Sdeco CTP-H Mullions Von Duprin KR Mullion Bids to include insulated tempered glass tint to match existing Ad alternate bid to include impact protection film (see specs on separate pdf) Contractor to coordinate with OU Access Control for access control wiring during installations. Projected last date and time OU will issue an addendum 10/13/23 @ 2:00 PM. CST.
