This specification covers, large three-phase distribution, outdoor, ground mounted, station type, two winding, 60 Hz, liquid-immersed transformers, class ONAN, 65OC average winding rise, rated as follows: 300 kVA through 5000 kVA, three-phase; high voltage, 4160 through 23 000 volts; low voltage, 208 through 12 470 volts and used for stepdown purposes. The bids considered for award, the Procurement Contracts Specialist or Procurement Contracts Specialist reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any Minor Irregularities in the bids, and to accept any bid, or portion thereof which it deems most favorable to the interest of the MLGW, and to award one (1) (or more) contract(s) to whomsoever it may elect. Failure to sign this bid (RFQ) is not considered a Minor Irregularity MLGW will continue to utilize the Online Bid Notification System for public advertising.
