The work includes supply and delivery of approximately 1000 tons of bulk white crystal southern rock salt, at approximate 25-ton intervals over the next year with a possible adjustment to final quantity based on demand Bidders are advised that this Bid will be subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12) and shall comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local regulations. The City of Braidwood reserves the right to reject all Bids, to waive any technicalities, and to accept any Bids which it deems advantageous. All bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the set time of opening bids. Published by the authority of the City of Braidwood.
