The contract consists of the delivery and supply of water treatment chemicals to the City for 2024. For technical questions, please contact Tom Cunningham at (253) 856-5600 or TCunningham@KentWA.gov. Proposals must be clearly marked "PROPOSAL" with the name of the project on the outside of the envelope, addressed to the City Clerk, 220 4th Avenue South, Kent, Washington 98032. No facsimiles will be accepted. Each bid shall be in accordance with specifications and other contract documents now on file in the office of the Public Works Operations Manager, City of Kent. The City of Kent reserves the right to reject any and all quotes, or waive any informalities in the submission of proposals, or determine which proposal or applicant is the most responsive. The City shall be the sole judge thereof. Prospective Contractors must submit with their initial proposal a signed statement as to whether they have previously performed work subject to the Presidential Executive Order No. 11246. This statement is informational only. No applicant may withdraw his/her proposal for a period of thirty (30) days after the day the proposals are opened.
