Renovation of a water / sewer project in Mound City, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The City of Mound City will be accepting bid proposals for one 100 kW diesel-powered generator and installation at the Water Plant as part of a Federal Emergency Management Agency grant. The City of Mound City is an Equal Opportunity Employer and invites the submission of proposals from minority, women, and Section 3-owned firms. Additional work to be performed: Trenching new vendor supplied conduit and wiring from generating set to liti statin. Ensuring proper operation of manual transfer switch. Supplying a new automated valve on water plant Furnishing and installation of wiring to allow automatic mode between valve and generator. All installation services must meet local codes. All installation services must be complete and include all materials and services necessary for the system to operate properly. The successful bidder will dispose of all spoil from the site installation. Federal grant funds are being used in this project and the vendor agrees to follow the guidelines of the grant.
