Based on the results of the preliminary evaluation, the highest rated offeror(s) may be invited by the Procurement Officer to make oral presentations to the Evaluation Committee. This committee will then conduct a final evaluation of the offerors. The Evaluation Committee shall then negotiate a proposed contract with the highest qualified offeror. At the time the proposed contract is negotiated, the offeror and the Evaluation Committee may negotiate any changes desired in the Request for Proposal if deemed in the best interest of the District.
