This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N0024424Q0001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-10. This solicitation is 100% Small Business - under NAICS Code 811210 and the small business size standard is $34 Million. Solicitation is for Preventive (PM) and Corrective (CM) to Government owned Uninterrupted Power (UPS) systems at sixteen (16) US Navy installations within the area of responsibility of Commander Navy Region Southwest (CNRSW), N3 EM - Emergency Management in California and Nevada. PM portion of contract is Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and CM portion is Time and Material (T&M) contract type.
