Friday October 20th 2023 @ 4:30 p.m. Last Day for Questions The College of Central Florida is seeking a Licensed and Insured construction professional to demolish and remove an existing pool structure, deck and all associated appurtenances to include: 1. Existing pool beam, pool walls, and pool floor 2. Existing pool fencing 3. Existing pool appurtenances and competitive equipment 4. Existing wet deck and all decking from the adjacent building connected to the pool decking 5. Existing underwater lights and related components or materials 6. Existing aquatic equipment components from the existing equipment yard 7. Existing pool filtration equipment from the Owners existing pool room to include the removal and disposal of the following existing components and materials: a. Pool pumps and filtration components b. Pool chemical equipment, c. Pool conduits and pool electrical enclosures d. Competitive pool equipment around the pool area site e. And appurtenances (such as surface-mounted or suspended piping, etc.) 8. Construction Professional to provide backfill and compaction requirements for soils.
