The work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, appurtenances, and incidentals for the following: 1. Demolition, deconstruction, and disposal of the existing building, including but not limited to all hazardous materials, asbestos abatement, lead containing materials, footings, and substructures, within the red outlined area as shown in the site photo, and termination of all utilities. 2. Demolition and disposal of all hardscapes, including but not limited to sidewalks, curbs, gutters, swales, foundations, and site lighting, within the red outlined area as shown in the site photo; exception: all asphalt streets and parking areas to remain. 3. Clear and grub the entire site, including but not limited to all trees, root grinding, shrubs, plants, and ground cover, within the red outlined area as shown in the site photo. 4. Grade the area level to the elevation of the existing asphalt and place three inches of 2 rock and compact to 90%, within the red outlined area as shown in the site photo
