Saving Project...

Site work and renovation of a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Water Plant No. 1 and Water Plant No. 2 rehabilitation includes power washing, abrasive blasting, and recoating all internal surfaces of a 210,000-gallon bolted steel GST at Water Plant 1, power washing, abrasive blasting and recoating all internal and external surfaces of a 300,000-gallon bolted steel GST and attendant piping, water well discharge piping, booster pump station piping and valves and replacement of exhaust fans at Water Plant 2, as shown on the plans. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
