The Board of Education, Las Cruces Public Schools, is requesting competitive sealed proposals for the construction of New Columbia Elementary School. The Las Cruces Public Schools Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and/or cancel this RFP in its entirety. Any questions concerning the selection process for this Request for Proposals or Technical questions regarding the scope of work shall be submitted to the Procurement Manager listed below. Technical questions regarding scope of work will be distributed to the Design Professional of record, and if appropriate, to the District Representative from the District Procurement Manager.
