Site work and new construction of a stadium in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,250-square-foot, one-story above grade stadium.
This project has not been awarded and has been put on hold because all bids came in over budget. The City of Rock Hill, South Carolina is seeking competitive bids from qualified companies to provide the City with a Utility Equipment Building at Manchester Meadows Soccer Complex. 1. New Utility Equipment Building- new traditional-construction utility equipment (maintenance) building, on new concrete foundation/floor slab, with motor-operated overhead steel doors and a standard swinging hollow metal personnel door, lighting, and electrical power. Site work includes, but not limited to, finished grading, concrete apron, electrical utility service. The architectural style of the new building will match the existing park buildings.
