Site work for a water / sewer project in Woodbridge, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This contract is for sanitary sewer improvements. Worked include but not limited to: Sanitary Sewer Root Control Retreatment, in a foam form, to approximately 37,110 linear feet of sanitary sewer line in the Township of Woodbridge. The sanitary sewer range in size from 6, 8, 10, 15, 24 inches in diameter and 1 Manhole, with the majority of the sewer being 8 inches in diameter. Sewer improvements are in various locations throughout the municipality Bids must be submitted on the Proposal Form furnished to the Bidder, and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond for not less than ten percent of the amount of the bid, but not to exceed $20,000.00. Proposals in the Contract Documents must be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of the Bidder and the name of the work on the outside, addressed to Purchasing Agent, Township of Woodbridge The Municipal Council reserves the right to accept or deny any or all bids in which opinion will be in the best interest of the Township The successful bidder will be required to furnish a surety company bond in the full amount of the contract price indemnifying the Township of Woodbridge, New Jersey for all proceedings, suits, or actions of any kind of description and conditional for the faithful performance of the work
