Qualified firms wishing to be considered for providing Professional Post Construction Cleaning Services . The Master Post Construction Cleaning Job Order Contract is for post construction cleaning, preparing the school areas within the Wake County Public School System for occupancy. It is estimated that one million plus square feet of space will be prepared in 2024-2025. This agreement will cover work on an as-needed basis and the work will be performed using unit prices on each project. The information listed on the attached Bid Sheet will be used to evaluate and select firms. Cleaning specifications from Wake County Public School System Maintenance and Operations are attached (Exhibit B). Complete the Bid Form in its entirety.
