A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The purpose of this construction project is to address known wet-weather infiltration and inflow and access issues through open cut point repairs, open-cut sewer lateral replacements, cleanout installations, and manhole installations. A satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The City of Hardin reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Owner.
