The new building will serve as a new entry into Centre Block for visitors and expand the space for parliamentarians whilst blending seamlessly with the heritage buildings currently on Parliament Hill. The Scope of Services of this prequalification package is for excavation and backfill works associated with the Parliament Welcome Centre.
