Ashford Park Elementary The Ashford Park Elementary School campus is located on 7.2 acres at 2968 Cravenridge Dr, Atlanta, GA 30319. The original campus construction was completed in 1955 with an addition in 1960. A gymnasium building was constructed in 2000. The current size is approximately 49,726 SF. At a minimum the project should meet the DCSD Elementary School Educational Specifications (Appendix C), and the DCSD Design Guidelines for Facility Construction, (Appendix D). International Student Center at Midway The International Student Center campus is located on 10.8 acres at 3318 Midway Rd, Decatur, GA 30032. The original campus construction was completed in 1958 with additions in 1966, and 1998. A gymnasium building was constructed in 1998. The current size is approximately 71,300 SF. At a minimum the project should meet the DCSD Elementary School Educational Specifications (Appendix C), and the DCSD Design Guidelines for Facility Construction, (Appendix D). GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK Ashford Park Elementary School The anticipated scope of this project is to include but is not limited to the design of the following: Replacement of HVAC system throughout the building. Replacement of doors and door hardware throughout the building. Electrical upgrades Replacement of ceilings Window Replacement Replace light fixtures with LED fixtures. Security Vestibule Fire Alarm system replacement Fire Sprinkler System Improve site storm drainage. Miscellaneous flooring replacement and painting. International Student Center at Midway The anticipated scope of this project is to include but is not limited to the design of the following: Replacement of HVAC system throughout the building.
