Work includes new competition gym for approx. 2600 seats at the current Lake Travis High School, the addition of a two-story fine arts addition, an artificial turf football field, pedestrian walkways and parking improvements. The CMAR will be expected to provide pre-construction and construction services from now until the addition is scheduled to open around December 2025. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and / or all proposals, to award contracts for individual products or services as may appear advantageous, and to negotiate separately in any manner necessary to serve the best interest of the District. The conference and site visit are not mandatory but the District highly recommends Contractor representation.
