The CMR will be expected to provide pre-construction and construction services from now until the addition is scheduled to open in August of 2026. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and / or all proposals, to award contracts for individual products or services as may appear advantageous, and to negotiate separately in any manner necessary to serve the best interest of the District.
